Managed the trip both ways by bus. Couldn't be simpler. Got it down pat, now, as to how to get to the CH. and back again

Saw hubby, who is back to his quiet, non-conversational self and apparently, refused to go to the Activities Room, where the residents are encouraged to socialise and learn various stuff. Thay can make art and craft things; draw; listen to music; socialise with each other or just sit quietly with a cuppa. I managed to get a conversation with the woman who runs the daily activities. They've got a fundraiser on towards the end of the month. Subject of music came up and I was asked to jock the day. I'm gonna be their DJ, ladies and Gentlemen!!! How bad is that
Well, that is, I will be if I can get there wiv me kit. Can't WAIT...so excIted; blah, blah, blah
Walked back to bus stop later and this group of ducks with their babies crowded round me trolley. I should have had a camera. It was The Most Amazing Thing to see.
Got back home. Still wrapped up like an Eskimo. Ah mean it's been doggone FREEZing, ain't it,
