Hi there my names Jan and I look after my 81 year old dad who has Mixed Vascular Dementia. I'm a few years into his dementia journey and I'm feeling very isolated . I'd love to make friends with others in the same boat as myself. It can get very stressful at times and I just want someone to talk to who knows how I feel. X

I’m sorry to hear about your dad and about how isolated you feel. It’s food that’s you’ve found this forum. There’s a wealth of experience here and you’ll find that members will be happy to share and support. We all understand.
