Overwhelmed and worn out by the rapid changes I am seeing. Mum is 92, Dad is almost 90 and I do realize its expected, but it feels so tough.

Hello @Magna and welcome to the Dementia Support Forum. You will find lots of help and understanding here.
It is tough when we see the changes in our loved ones even though we do expect them. Do you have any help caring for your mum and dad, if not I would suggest that you get into contact with your local adult social services to arrange a needs assessment for your parents and a carers assessment for yourself.
In the meantime is there a specific issue that you need advice on, if so just let us know.
