My condolences.
Are they implying that because the LPA has expired you cannot represent your mothers interests anymore? This seem ridiculous.
That's exactly it, the LPA is no longer valid and even though it's the same me as an executor I have to prove it all again.

Probably, but both held LPA as well. Just adds to the hassle, ICB have already dragged it out for 2 years, just as I get close to a date from NHS England the goalposts move again.

They just hope you are going to give up. Have you seen how much these none jobs get paid.
