Please can someone tell me how to add a photo as my profile pic?

I think I'm being thick (I'll blame it on lack of sleep), but now I'm back in the UK looking after mum and dad I'd like to add my photo as my profile pic but can't work out how to do it. All advice gratefully accepted!!!

I think you click on Forum Actions at the top then Edit Profile. I know I can change my atavar (pic) that way so I presume that's where you go to add one!

Just to clarify, a Profile picture goes on your Profile . What I think you really want is an Avatar which will go on each post.
Use the same link.

Hi All,

I am so pleased with myself, with help from this thread I have at last been able to put a picture of myself and my dear Mum who I care for on my profile. I am now thinking its you are never too old to learn. Just need to do it at my own speed.
