My uncle watches TV and I introduced him to the wonders of Freeview as he never realised there were more than 5 channels. Anyhow after several months of training how, of course its gone again. He knows its there - but he can't get to grips with the TV guide I send him every week. As the guide has sky, Freeview and other channel now - this just blows his mind even though it says Freeview and I have told him its the yellow box. (incidentally I bought a doro remote control and gave up as I couldn't tune it in). I wondered if there is a paper TV guide just for Freeview with no other tv providers (sky etc) shown.
I have taken to when I talk to him daily to go through the procedure of looking at the box saying Freeview and explaining its yellow - but it's not sinking in. I am not in a position to cross out the other channels as I live a 2hour drive away.

This RNIB site sells a big print Freeview guide. I don’t know if there’s any other available.
