Hi, I’m new here. My mum has recently been diagnosed with altzheimers dementia after quite a few years of worrying what is happening. We have recently lost my stepdad to pancreatic cancer within a short space of time which put a lot of stress on our family. My mum seems to be coping although I can see decline with frustration in her speaking, tiredness and loss of appetite. I’m not sure if this is grief or the dementia progression.
