Posting Deputyship appreciation forms

Hi. Can anyone tell me if I can just post the Deputyship application forms in a brown envelope, first class . If not, how do I do it ?

I’m not sure but personally I would want something like this to be recorded delivery /special delivery even though it is expensive.

They would accept anything, the risk is yours.
Beauty of signed for is that you immediately know when they get it and have a defence if they later say they haven't.
