Hello and introduce yourself

Hello, my partner has many physical health issues and that held back a dementia diagnosis for several years. Whilst in hospital recovering from a cardiac arrest he was finally given the diagnosis of visual variant alzheimer's dementia.
I am also sole carer for my mother who is 90 and awaiting surgery. They are 100 miles apart.
Any ideas on how I can clone myself to be in two places at once? I might just implode instead.
