Mixed today. He was quite happy when I went in but, for some reason, the night carers who do his care before 7 am (assume he is up and wandering) have started putting his sweater directly on top of his vest. This infuriates me and his day carers, so grabbed a shirt from his room and took it to his lounge, then, of course, had to get his sweater off, put his shirt on and then sweater back on top. He finds this upsetting so his mood changed. He wasn't nasty but the spark had disappeared. I can only assume that they find his personal care/dressing him difficult so don't want to upset him more but have had a quiet word with the manager to see if the night staff can make sure he is properly dressed. His house mother puts on his shirt when needed but she was off duty today. I know it doesn't matter so long as he is happy but still want him to look good.
