Book about Alzheimer’s for patients

My mum has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and wants an easy to read book to explain it to her.

I know they exist because I remember my friend George having one (he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s).

I’ve googled but I keep finding books for carers or books to read to people with Alzheimer’s!

Anyone got a recommendation?
