Which is more important: happiness (in own home) or safety (in CH)

Garnuft I screamed with laughter when I read you have to give your OH a Chinese burn, cheered me up no end and although my OH parents now sadly gone I might just try the burn thing for the sheer hell of it!

You are never to be held responsible for what another person does.
A welfare attorney would need to inform the LA about the danger. They might decide to place a vulnerable adult in a CH

I have also pondered these questions, with my own future in mind.
