The problem is you can only revoke specific named documents. An LPA normally includes a revocation of previous epa/lpa just like a will revokes previous wills, but you can't revoke a contract type that you nothing about. So, for example, if she had been persuade to countersign a loan, there's nothing you can do about that unless 1) you know about it and 2) have agreement from all parties.
