You can get timer dosette boxes which may help with medication but we found that a quick phone call worked better.
There's also a dementia clock that tells you the day, date and if it's morning or afternoon. Might be worth trying.

The dementia is great, I could not do without one. Got two one in bedroom and one downstairs.Worth checking eBay. Bought mine there.
