My partner took the ace111 test and scored 28 out of 100. I know this is very low but was given no further information other than( it’s mixed dementia, Alzheimer’s disease with Vascular Dementia). Anyone any answers please? .

What is mixed dementia?

‘Mixed dementia’ is a condition in which a person has more than one type of dementia. A combination of Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia is the most common type.

I would also suggest that you look at applying for LPA for finance and health if this is not already in place. Contact your local authority about getting a council tax reduction and you could look at applying for Attendance Allowance for your husband.
