no probs, my sister spoke to 3 local estate agents and they all new the score straight away, offered various bits of advice and support. one though was especially helpful. So thankfully we've all but got that boxed off.
We have a local IFA firm lined up and to date we have only agreed to request the paperwork without saying a definite yes to signing. We've also got out solicitor lined up ready as well. Thanks again Peter R.
Thanks again for all that Peter R. We've already got a solicitor and local IFA to consult so we hope to get some good advice. I will go so far as to say I'm going to save all this to PDF and file away in my DPA folder.
BTW the £60 top up was a 3rd party top-up share between my sister and I. The LA has agreed to pick up the TAB since Oct 14th. But they've yet to quote us a top up for then. For March the 3rd party top-up is now £70 between the two of us.
