Can I just say I have been worried about my 84 year old mum in this hot weather she forgets to drink although she has carers come in 3 times a day. A few weeks ago I ordered her the jelly drops they have 95% water jn them sugar free and she loves them whoever thought of these was a brilliant idea.

Im glad you have found something to help your mum.
Jelly drops dont work for everyone - you cant use them if the swallow is poor - but some people find them helpful
The chap who invented them was a student and posted on Talking Point asking what we thought. I remember the thread and tried to find it, but I couldnt, so I guess its been archived. However, you might find this interesting
