Here's one of my mum and dad when they were very young, mum 17 and dad 20 This was probably taken at the local Co-op hall about 1950 when they first met.

Some of my favourite photos of my husband, Bill and my mum. Bill had Alzheimer’s and mum had vascular dementia. They were great pals. Mum died in in July 2011 and Bill died in July 2016. 💙

The photo of Bill and mum was taken on a joint birthday celebration - mum was 93 and Bill was 80. 😍 Bill was 13 years into his diagnosis when the art one was taken.
