Thanks Sue. Yes, after reading and rereading the forms about a thousand times, I realized that mum didn't have to sign anything (unless contesting?) and that all I have to sign for now is the declaration of truth form. It would be really helpful if my solicitor wouldn't simply refer to them by the letters and number of the form (COP...) as I am having to cross reference everyone on the internet so I am sure I am signing the right thing. Normally I'm very good at form filling but add the emotional element to it and my brain seems to freeze!
