Books / Resources for Teenage Grandchildren

Good morning,
We work with local families who live with Dementia and we have a few lovely books for younger children, but I am struggling to find anything suitable for youngsters.
I have searched on the Alzheimer's Society website and shop, sadly to no avail. Any tips would be most welcome.
