Evening @My friendly. The best place to start would be the alzheimers society local office in your area. Is that Greater Manchester? They will have a list of memory cafes and singing for the brain. Round here we also have dementia navigators working for Alz Soc who can advise on support services, but memory cafes are always a good place to meet other people with dementia and their carers.
