I don't think there's an answer to your question ... we each need to follow the guidance we're being given and make decisions best for our individual circumstances
I guess take measures that will help reduce risk .... maybe immediately change clothes and shower on arrival home ... wash hands and surfaces .. before greeting your wife
do you have any family support that could help out if you do have to isolate yourselves
