What should we call our new research project to support carers?

Hi everyone

Our Research team are trying to decide on a name for an upcoming research project, and they would love to hear your ideas.

A large number of carers of people with dementia experience depression and anxiety.
Imagine that there is a psychological therapy especially designed for carers. It is an interactive website; carers need to complete several modules over a few months. The aim is that by the end of the therapy, their levels of depression and anxiety will have improved.

Which of the names below do you think would best describe this toolkit for carers? Please indicate your favourite title, and feel free to make alternative suggestions if you wish.

- Support me to care

- Looking after me

- Me time

I think the team are looking to confirm the name of the project early next week, so if we can gather some ideas here over the next few days, that would be great.

Sounds like a very interesting project.

Maybe the domain name should include the word 'online'.
For example: liftmyspirit-online.org

I think the positioning statement is the key - something like "support therapy for carers suffering from acute depression"
