Age UK Herefordshire and Worcestershire provide older people with a walking companion to help them build confidence. The two will enjoy a local walk and a chat which encourages people benefit from fresh air and exercise.

Your friend would need to contact their local AgeUK or CAB office to make enquiries. They would need a DBS check before any regulated charity would approve them
