As Pauline is really struggling with her old Nokia and cannot fathom the ‘swiping’ needed from smart phones I need to buy a phone for her. This one seems ok but I really need feedback from users or their carers about all aspects of it or even suitable alternatives, cheers.

Take a look at Doro mobile phones on the Argos website, I got one of these for my partner and he can use it to answer and make calls, you can send text messages on it too
