Struggling on

I've not been on here for a while I have just been trying to keep going on.
My husband is at a day care centre 3 days a week now and he loves it, everyone there loves him he has always been a great socialiser, everybodies friend.
I feel lost and lonely, my life is nothing without him.

That makes me feel so sad - I don't quite know what to say. I can understand a little bit of how you feel. My husband goes to 3 different sessions over the week and enjoys them but then comes home and sleeps and doesn't do anything with me. Please try to find something for yourself while he is at the centre. Things aren't going to change so try make your life your own again and find something that is just for you. I know it's easier said than done.
