Research opportunity for younger people with dementia

Hi

I'm a PhD student based at the University of Nottingham, and I'm hoping to borrow a minute of your time to invite you to take part in a questionnaire study.

The study is designed to help me and other researchers understand how people diagnosed with young onset dementia, and their carers, are using the internet, and what kind of a role, if any, it plays in finding information and support after diagnosis.
