click on it, it won't report anything until you submit it. it is basically to report a post that is really nasty or is someone spamming on here.

If you see a post that concerns you (spam, posting that is against the rules (such as including a phone number or something), or is not what you would expect to see on the something that is a support forum) you can press the report button and a message will be sent to all forum moderators and administrators. We can then look at whatever it is and take action if necessary. On the whole, it's better to report if you're in doubt than not, particularly if the alternative is to take the original poster to task about whatever it is.
