Would appreciate a summary of the advised steps to follow.
My partner's father returned to the UK following the death of his wife, leaving the property in Spain abandoned.
He is now in full time care for Vascular Dementia and we are still paying electric and water charges for the Spanish property. My partner has POA for her father's finance and wishes to ensure the property can be sold and that no further bills need to be paid.
