    Hi

When you wake from a dream, the memory of the dream soon becomes hard to keep in your mind. I believe the brain with Alzheimers may be doing this with waking memories! It may be confusing when you have awoken. I have had dreams where I've been awake in a vivid dream. Your body waits to pee and use the toilet when your lay down to sleep because your body knows your sleeping.

I think this is a possible cause of memory disfunction, and could possibly be treated.

Thankyou I hope I have been of some little help
