Dear Talking Point members

I am writing to ask for your help. Please take a few minutes to fill in the Care and Support Alliance 'Care Review 2010' survey which is looking at how social care services have changed in the last year. If you are someone who uses social care services, or if you care for a friend or relative who does, we want to know how the services you/they use have changed and what impact, if any, this has had.

Alzheimer’s Society is a member of the Care and Support Alliance, a group of 35 organisations who have come together to raise the profile of social care and help improve the care system. We plan to use the results of the survey to highlight the current state of care services and keep reform of the care and support system high on the political agenda of the new government.

The survey can be viewed here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/carereview2010

The deadline for responses is 20 June 2010.

Read more about Alzheimer's Society's campaign to end the current system of charging for care on our website: http://www.alzheimers.org.uk/site/scripts/documents_info.php?documentID=833

Thank you for your help.
