Hi Sarah
I'm ok thanks, still trying to keep busy. I'm making curtains now for our bedroom.I moved into another room when Gary's sleep became disturbed last year so I wouldn't wake him when I went to bed and now I find I can't go back in there to sleep so I'm going to make it look different, new curtains and swap the futniture from the room I'm in with the furniture in there so that it becomes my room, if that makes sense. I had a meal at a friend,s last night which was really nice but somehow, going out in the evening seems to highlight being alone at home once you come in again. It's just something I have to get used to

I think you should wear a crash helmet when you start tidying today
