Thanks everyone. It's natural to clutch at straws whenever we can. My OH and I have already followed the Mediterranean diet for years. Maybe it's slowed my OH's dementia a little, who knows? Over the past 2 years I've also added lots of cinnamon, tumeric, rosemary and other herbs to our diet. Also Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and Omega oil supplements.
As I said before...clutching straws. Somehow, it feels better than doing nothing, even if in the end I've been wasting my time.
