Not sure what stage mum is at

Mum has Alzheimer's
For the last year she has eaten and drunk very little and had to go into nursing home.
2wks ago mum was very violent and abusive to me, the staff and fellow suffers, the following wk okay with me but still aggressive to everyone else. This week mum has eaten and drinking and very funny not that she realised.
Has anyone been through this

Maybe your mother had a discomfort that become an aggressive episode.
( by discomfort it can be an UTI, any pain, any change on her medicines, any resident aggressive near her, so anything)

I am glad that she is better now.
