My mother 86 as Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. For nearly four years. Will not take meds and is very abusive not sure what to do. Say really strange things.

Try to get a urine sample, for infection testing.
Waterworks infections can sometimes have, or make worse these things.

what a worry for you
I am wondering whether your mum has a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) as these can cause havoc to the system of someone with dementia - do call her GP and ask for her to be checked over, hopefully the GP will make a home visit, especially if you explain that your mum hasn't been eating and drinking and hasn't taken her meds
if you are really worried, do call 111 to speak to one of the operators, or even 999 if your mum is unwell and you are on your own with her
for back-up, you can contact your Local Authority Adult Services and ask for immediate help, especially if your mum is being aggressive, as that is not good for her or you
