I called and checked and they said as long as the first name and second name is correct it isn’t a problem.

Yes I’m filling out the forms online myself. Once paid for do you know if they are ready straight away?

You have to send them off to be registered at the OPG. It can take up to 5 months to get them back at the moment

I can’t tell you how helpful this forum has been the last week, we don’t get much help when dealing with those who have dementia etc from the nhs and the social workers who do disappearing acts when they feel their services are no longer needed. So thank you to everyone that has advised ♥️
