The LPA is a deed so best to be careful.

Registration will take months, a day or two delay doesn't matter.

I called and checked and they said as long as the first name and second name is correct it isn’t a problem.

I can’t tell you how helpful this forum has been the last week, we don’t get much help when dealing with those who have dementia etc from the nhs and the social workers who do disappearing acts when they feel their services are no longer needed. So thank you to everyone that has advised ♥️
