Links is a new government backed nationwide initiative to bring together NHS and Social Services.
I am involved with the Birmingham Links.
I feel it will be a good vehicle to bring Dementia ,carers,older people and others into greater prominence.

Oh Norman, that's exactly what we're trying to do here, we call it ICP (Integrated Care Pathways).

It's such hard work, though, getting SS and MHT to talk to each other!
