No it is not painful. It is so good to know that there are areas who 'have it right'. One day we may be able to show these comparisons to 'the powers that be' and hopefully make all areas as well organised as yours.

I want you to have the service you deserve. (I would dearly love the same for all in every area ).

Hey, well done Helen.
This is a great example of not putting off or holding back from asking for what you want. They won't know if you don't ask them and once they have been asked, they (hopefully) can do everything within their power to see that it will happen.
The worst thing that can happen is that they say no, but not in your case.
This gives me a lot of hope.
