My husband has some form of early onset dementia aged 62. We are awaiting a MRI brain scan but I will be very surprised if he does not be diagnosed with BVFTD. This was discussed at the memory clinic. I have joined this forum as I am not finding it easy to cope with his anger and irritation. He used to be such a kind and caring man and has changed so much. How do I get passed the anger and the blame so that we can do things whilst he is still able ?

Behaviour changes are the biggest challenge for carers and if your husband does have BVFTD, as far as I know, no medication can be given.
