I am a 58 year old women caring for a mother in law with mid-late stage vascular dementia. My husband provides support also but it is difficult for me to accept because I have 2 sister in laws , one living nearby.
I have also worked in adult day care now for 25 years plus with dementia folks. So working and living with dementia has been particularly challenging. I have all the respect in the world for carers! I just need to talk with people that understand and I think this is definitely the place to do it! God Bless
