I am new to this forum and hope that I can get support for taking care of my sister who has been diagnosed with dementia. My biggest problem right now is that she refuses to go to the doctor. She has an appointment next week and me and another sister is taking her. What do I do if she won't get out of the car?

I am sorry to read about your sister and certainly agree with the response you have already had. Use whatever subterfuge works to get your sister to the doctors.
