My dad has vassual dementia and I am struggling to cope as hes also got bipolar disorder to on top of that and he keeps saying he wants to kill himself and do silly things he been calling us names all day refusing to eat anything and moans about everything we try and do for him getting to much now and we also send him to a day centre place 3 days a week to have a break as we need it and he kicks off saying he doesn't want to go and its driving us crazy to where we want to run away I cant get my own life in order as got to many problems at home which is affecting my own mental health now dont know what to do? We've had a care assessment. iv read up about dementia ect and am under the doctors who never care just leave you to it. Dose anyone know any good coping tips for this situation please as need help with this thanks for reading this also.
