Doesn’t sleep and wants to get out in the middle of the night

Hi, my grandpa has late stage alzheimer dementia, he is at his home and someone lives with him to take care of him, recently he doesn’t sleeps at night, most of the times he moves things, wander around, watches tv and stuffs like that but sometimes he wants to get out and fights with her caregiver to let him go out and this is causing problem. We don’t know how to calm him and he somehow becomes uncalmable.
Btw he is already taking too much anti psychotic and sleep pills so his dr says the can’t give him any more pill.
does anyone has the same experience?

@Tara1234 your grandpa has been like this for the past year and he's on maximum medication, you may need to consider placing him in a residential care facility.
