Alzheimer's Society's Evaluation and Impact team are currently recruiting participants to take part in data collection for this year's Dementia Action Week.
Dementia Action Week 2024 is running from Monday 13th May - Friday 17th May. There will be a lot of activities across this week, both in person and online. If you have seen or interacted with any Alzheimer's Society related content between Monday 13th - Friday 17th May 2024 for Dementia Action Week, we would like to hear from you about your experience.
If you are happy to participate, this will involve Alzheimer's Society collecting your name and contact details so we are able to re-contact you for the evaluation.
Any information taken will only be used by Alzheimer's Society's Evaluation and Impact team for its intended purpose. Nothing you say in response to the research questions will be used in any way that would identify you as an individual. Your information will only be used for this purpose and will be deleted 2 weeks after the Evaluation team contact you.
Taking part or choosing not to will not affect your service at any point.
