Amazing what a change in my dad after leaving uncaring home. He is now in a wonderful home where they actually care, nothing is too much trouble I live 240 miles away and can ring at any time and every member of staff I have spoken too can tell me what he has eaten, if he has had visitors in fact any question I ask is always answered. Staff are so polite and caring as the last place left him lying like a dog on the floor and just shut his door. Where as here he is in a bed nearly all the time and they have a special chair to put him in to eat he is a lot calmer now as they have the time to sit with him and calm his fears my advice is take that jump if you are not happy with care received move on so glad we did even if it was a nightmare move.
