Care at Home

My relative has a live in carer and she is being unkind and sharp in her tone. My relative cried several times while explaining the situation and was unhappy to go home after a visit to the shops. I have spoken to the carer, raised concerns with the social worker and care agency.
What would you do next?

Ask for a different carer?
If they are not getting on - for whatever reason - then it might be best to go for someone different

Mind you, I have discovered to my cost, that not everything that a person with dementia will tell you is actually accurate.....
