My dad is deciding on a care home for my mum. He will be self funding but has lots of questions about the cap on fees, benefits and what happens when there is no more money. Can someone advise me on the simplest written guide they have found to help him make sense of it all? Also, who could I contact to talk him through how it will look for him with his finances? Thanks
