Advice please

Hi, your help would be much appreciated. My husband has been awarded chc funding. I am over 60 and live in our home. Our home is very rural and I will need to sell up to be nearer to his care home and have easier access to services myself. We own the house as joint tenants and I have POA. What is the best course of action to budget for a new home? Do I have to factor in anything towards his care or can I buy like for like?
