Thanks @nitram for spotting this - I've spoken to our magazine team and they'd like to say thank you for picking this up too. Unfortunately it looks like the number you spotted and some of the figures are either missing or incorrect. They've assured us that the clues themselves and the grid are definitely correct.

The team would like to apologise for this, and they hope it doesn't take away too much from enjoying Pete's brilliant puzzle!
