Hi everyone,

We have a new survey from our Strategic Change team. They are looking at insurance - specifically Critical Illness Insurance, Life Insurance and Income Protection Insurance.

As part of their Insurance United Against Dementia campaign, they'd like to ask about your knowledge and experiences of taking out any of the insurances mentioned, or making a claim.

Your responses will help them gather vital insights into this area. It will also help them explore possible dementia friendly business initiatives that could be brought in by the insurance industry, to better support people affected by dementia.

Even if you haven't taken out these types of insurances, or perhaps you haven't thought of them, they still want to hear from you.

Here's a brief overview of the insurance types:

Critical Illness Insurance: Provides you with a lump sum of money if you are diagnosed with certain illnesses or disabilities

Life Insurance: Pays out a lump sum of money either on death of the insured person or after a set period

Income Protection Insurance: Pays you a regular income if you cannot work because of sickness or disability and continues until you return to work or reach retirement age
